Enrico is proud to work with Coldwell Banker Bain, the largest single-ownership residential real estate company in the Pacific Northwest and it is the largest Coldwell Banker affiliate. Coldwell Banker is the largest real estate company in the world and they are the largest seller of luxury homes in North America. Enrico received the distinction of Coldwell Banker International President Circle from 2004 through 2006, a distinction only awarded to the top 4% of the company’s agents. Enrico colaborates with other realtors in the larger Seattle area as well as nationally and internationally to ensure he has the connections to help you buy your next home and to obtain the highest possible return when you sell.
Enrico’s clients tend to be very passionate about where and how they live. Seattle and its surroundings offers a very rich and diverse blend of properties that can satisfy almost anyone. Exploring neighborhoods and property types is a very fun part of the process of finding your next home. Enrico and his wife Yumiko live in a modest houseboat on Lake Union and own a condo in lower Queen Anne. When they are not at home or work, they enjoy exploring the Puget Sound on their sailboat “Bravo.”
