    Stadium Lofts

    Stadium LoftsThe Stadium Lofts are to be completed in 2008. It’s original structure will be increased to 6 story building will have 69 units. The former Seattle Plumbing Company Warehouse serves as the foundation for the Stadium Lofts project. The original brick façade of building will be preserved while at the same time incorporating distinct elements of the expansion above. Sustainable materials will be used throughout the project.
