Latest Statistics
Following are statistics through November of 2007 for Condominium and Residential sales. As you can see, absorption rates have been level for both property types in the last three months. These rates are the lowest we have seen in the last three years. This is the most buyer friendly environment we have seen in our area in a very long time.
