This luxury high-rise hotel/condominium building is designed by Gluckman Mayner Architects in New York and developed by the R.C. Hedreen Company. It is anticipated to be completed around early 2009. This 40 story building will have 231 homes and a Hyatt Hotel on the lower 17 floors. Currently available homes range from $635K for a open one-bedroom view condo up to $1.8M for a 2bedr + den. Penthouses are priced from $2.5M to $4.4M. All homes feature beautiful contemporary Pedini cabinetry. Upgrades are available, but the standard package is quite stunning even without any upgrades.
