Hedreen Company. It is anticipated to be completed around early 2009. This 40 story building will have 231 homes and a Hyatt Hotel on the lower 17 floors. Currently available homes range from $635K for a open one-bedroom view condo up to $1.8M for a 2bedr + den. Penthouses are priced from $2.5M to $4.4M. All homes feature beautiful contemporary Pedini cabinetry.
