The Cristalla: 2033 2nd Ave
The Cristalla is a 22 story highrise building with 197 luxury condominiums. Construction was completed in 2005. The property the building sits on was the site of the Crystal Pool, a warm salt-water natatorium. Though the old dome is gone, the facade of the Crystal pool was preserved during demolition and now forms the base of this high rise tower. The design contrasts the blue glazing of the new tower to the bright white limestone of the bathhouse.
The building provides its owners the following amenities: elevator access, lobby, concierge, a gym, conference rooms, a gym, sauna, and hot tub. A common deck and rec room on the top floor offers its owners unbelievable views of the waterfront, city skyline and the mountains beyond.
