      Contrary to popular belief, the end of the year is one of the best times to look for, awesome decision

      I fully agree with you Sasha. A lot of sellers would love to close before the end of the year and are willing to negotiate more during this time than during the rest of the year. Quite a few less motivated sellers take their homes on the market to not have to deal with Holiday showings. There tend to be more motivated sellers on the market around the Holiday season.
