Jennifer K: When we started looking for our first house, we knew little about the process- it was all very baffling and frankly somewhat frightening. Enrico spent the time with us to make sure we completely understood each part of the process and worked with us to find the exact house we wanted. He worked when it was convenient for us, not just for him, which often meant late evenings and weekend hours. He had a clear understanding of the process, the paperwork and also familiarity with many of the other realtors in the area. In addition, his background as an architect made me feel more secure in the integrity of the houses we were looking at as he examined each house we walked through from a structural and as well as an esthetic point of view. At our first meeting, Enrico took lengthy notes on the fine details of the kind of house we wanted and then every day from when we met to talk about the house until we settled on one, he sent us new listings and new ideas. Enrico is a good realtor and a good friend, I highly recommend him to help anyone find the house they desire. He takes the time to really understand what you want and very much is a strong advocate to have throughout the house-buying process.
