We are excited to share that for the fourth year in a row, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty is among the Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Washington State, this according to the Puget Sound Business Journal.
“This accolade is a testament to the strength of our brand and the experience of our brokers,” said Michael X. Ford, RSIR’s Director of Sales and Designated Broker. “What truly sets us apart is our international reach.” A reach demonstrated by the more than 16,000 sales associates in 760 Sotheby’s International Realty offices, spread across 60 countries and territories. “It’s the perfect formula,” said Ford. “A global presence, award-winning marketing and experienced brokers who are the best at what they do.”
Associated with the preeminent 270-year old global heritage, RSIR has taken their partnership to the highest echelons around the world, while continuing to maintain a local focus. As one of Seattle’s premier real estate firms, RSIR stands alone in innovative marketing, professional full-time buyer and seller representation and, most importantly, results. This honor complements our status as a firm that is also continually ranked among the top ten largest brands by the PSBJ.
Comparing the current 12 months versus the previous 12 months, RSIR demonstrates significant growth as closed units are up 41% and Gross Dollar Volume is up 44%:
Dean Jones, President and CEO of RSIR said, “RSIR’s strength is in its differentiation and in its approach. It stems from a unique origin as a nationally recognized, award-winning marketing firm that has become a full-service real estate brokerage and a preeminent global company that is becoming very local. This compares to our peers that are sales organizations striving to become marketers and local firms striving to become global. Ultimately, RSIR’s brokers and their clients seek every advantage they can find in the industry, and that’s what RSIR delivers.”
Growth has been a trend for RSIR in 2015. In just the first half of the year, the brokerage boasted the top position for percentage growth year-over-year and maintained the highest average listing and selling prices, despite its boutique size. Most notably, the firm commanded the highest average production levels (in total dollar volume) on a per broker basis.
The Puget Sound Business Journal will host a special public award ceremony for hundreds of business leaders on October 8th at the Westin Hotel in Seattle, to announce where each company ranks on the list of 100. The results will be published in a special issue of the PSBJ on October 9th.
