I have loved working with Enrico! So much so even I had my sister work with him too! He was willing to work with us when our schedules were crazy, he takes the time to really get to know you. We were picky buyers and as this was our first home he helped make the process more fluid and less stressful. Not to mention as we think forward and plan for the next move, he’s been instrumental in the whole thing.
Whenever my husband and I were concerned about something he seemed to always know how to address it too! His knowledge of homes, the market, and even how to make minor fixes (like knowing why our garage keeps tripping the electrical circuit) is incredibly helpful!

Client Focused: During every stage of the process, I always felt that Enrico had my best interests in mind. Enrico’s relationship-building approach was refreshing in an industry that is often filled with short-term focused salesmen. I feel like I have a close friend, who happens to buy and sell real-estate.
Experienced: The effort of buying a home can be an emotional rollercoaster for many people, and I was no exception. Enrico has the experience to handle those difficult and sensitive situations, as well as alleviate the unnecessary headaches.

When we started looking for our first house, we knew little about the process- it was all very baffling and frankly somewhat frightening. Enrico spent the time with us to make sure we completely understood each part of the process and worked with us to find the exact house we wanted. He worked when it was convenient for us, not just for him, which often meant late evenings and weekend hours. He had a clear understanding of the process, the paperwork and also familiarity with many of the other realtors in the area. In addition, his background as an architect made me feel more secure in the integrity of the houses we were looking at as he examined each house we walked through from a structural and as well as an esthetic point of view.
At our first meeting, Enrico took lengthy notes on the fine details of the kind of house we wanted and then every day from when we met to talk about the house until we settled on one, he sent us new listings and new ideas.
Enrico is a good realtor and a good friend, I highly recommend him to help anyone find the house they desire. He takes the time to really understand what you want and very much is a strong advocate to have throughout the house-buying process. He is truly in the business because he likes people and he likes houses and having that as a motivation makes a big difference.

Chris was great at navigating me thru the home-buying process. As a first time buyer I had no clue of many of the processes that needed to be done and he was always very patient when explaining things. He even went out of his way to help me understand the loan terms, insurance terms and so on.
He was very proactive communicating with me and made sure all other parties such as escrow, lenders and sellers were fulfilling their duties in a timely manner.
I think my best experience was this one time I saw a house I liked, on Sunday morning, and he immediately drove there to take a look in order to have a good idea of how to handle the negotiation as well as build rapport with the listing agent. This exceeded my expectations since we had not arranged any time together that day.
In the end we went with a house that was off-market, and Chris did a great job helping me get it with the benefit of having no competition.

When I started my house hunt earlier this year, I was mostly a newbie with regards to knowledge of how the housing market works, and had pretty much no idea what to expect! I bumped into Chris at an open house, and he was by far the nicest, friendliest agent I’d chanced upon. I knew right away that this was someone I could work with. He not only offered his invaluable guidance and knowledge, but also genuinely cared about my preferences and requirements. He’s great at reading people, and the most surprising moment in this journey for me was one afternoon while we were out touring a property, he said “I can see you living here. This feels like your vibe.” He couldn’t have been more accurate in his assessment. One week later, I got the house! There was absolutely no way I could have gotten that house if I didn’t have Chris helping me. In fact, there were 34 offers on the property. And our offer, which was a financed (not cash), was the winning offer! Although in retrospect, it sounds like a dream, it was anything but easy. The amount of time and effort and strategizing that he put into strengthening our offer was amazing.
One great thing about Chris is that he is always extremely honest about his ideas and opinions. I remember him telling me “I wouldn’t let you spend that much on that property myself!” when I was getting ahead of myself and trying to convince myself that I could afford a property that I probably realistically couldn’t. It was almost like he wasn’t just doing his job, he actually cared that I made the right decision for myself! Recently, when there was a slight issue with the early closing and a possible delay, Chris handled everything himself, and called me after to make sure I was aware of what was going on. Towards the end of the call he assured me saying, “Do not lose sleep over this, I’ll do it for you.” When you hear something like that from your agent or anyone for that matter, you know you’re in good hands. So, long story short, if you’re looking for an agent who knows everything there is to know about the market, who truly cares about you and what you really want, who has the negotiation and strategizing skills of a genius, you know who to call! I wouldn’t work with any one else even if they paid me to.
